At Gladius Wrist, we honor our shipping commitments. If we provide a specific delivery timeframe, it will be met. If no timeframe is specified, orders will be shipped within 30 days. In case of any delay, customers will be notified and given the choice to accept the new delivery date or receive a full refund.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)
Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

3. International Shipping
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by the destination country.

4. Carriers, Packaging & Restricted Items

Restricted Items: Watches and accessories are generally unrestricted, but any items classified as hazardous materials will follow U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.

5. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 within the U.S.

Flat Rate: Orders below this value have a standard shipping fee of $9,90.
